Wick's Licensed Professional Engineers (PE) stay current with the latest codes and building technologies. Using those standards, Wick's trained designers custom design each building to meet your needs and stand the test of time.
Reliable, High Quality Lumber
Wick uses only machine graded or machine evaluated lumber for all structural components such as truss members, columns, girts, and purlins. It's at least 15% stronger than regular lumber so you'll see less maintenance down the road.
Extensive Warranty and Service
Wick proudly stands behind every building warranty and is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. We offer two types of warranties:
Wick Construction Services Warranty (for Wick-employed crews)
Building Packages Warranty (for a local builder’s crew)
Without all of the small print you find on other builders’ warranties, you’ll clearly know what is covered with Wick’s warranty.
(Note: Wick Buildings provides crews only within certain geographical areas.)
Local Builders You Can Trust
We partner with independent builders from your area. They live and work in your community so you'll know who to contact should you need service, an addition, or another Wick building.
Durable Steel and Paint
Steel and paint are critical building materials for withstanding harsh weather conditions.
2X more impact-resistant. We use full-hard steel, 80,000 PSI hardness or better. It’s two times the impact resistance of the 30,000 PSI commercial-grade steel used by other builders. You'll appreciate that when hail falls on the roof or the mower throws stones at the wall – fewer dents and repairs are needed.
50% more corrosion protection. Our exterior steel is G-90 galvanized, compared to commonly used G-60, so your Wick building will look great longer.
Warrantied not to chip or crack for 40 years. Besides our Sherwin-Williams paint warranty, it's highly reflective for energy efficiency.
Highly-Trained, Award-Winning Crews
Wick trains our crews regularly on technique and safety to ensure every building meets our high quality standards. In fact, we have won safety awards (click below to learn more). We also insure all of our crews, which protects you from liability. Several Wick foreman have been recognized as Foreman of the Year by the National Frame Building Association.See Our Awards
