Giving customers great options to choose from is a priority at Wick Buildings. That’s why we’re especially excited to share the big news about our new Sherwin-Williams color palette.
Customers will have an inspiring spectrum of 38 color choices, which not only includes the latest solid colors but also “crinkle” textured finishes and print patterns in wood grain and weathered metal.
A Color Coating Trifecta for Pole Barn Owners
The new color options that Wick offers actually give customers a three-fold advantage for their pole barn exterior.
Stunning Color Combinations
First, who wants to be limited in their quest for the right pole barn colors? With the 38-color Sherwin-Williams palette, customers have an array of the latest options, which means they’ll enjoy the freedom to create remarkable, visually stunning color combinations.
According to Brynn Wildenauer, Architectural Color Designer at Sherwin-Williams, “Wick has prioritized where the market can go—and should go—rather than just being stagnant and sticking to where it’s been.”
An Exceptionally Durable Color Coating
Beyond the power of choice, customers also benefit from Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL™ enhanced silicone-modified polyester coating. This is a cutting-edge formula designed for tremendous color and gloss retention AND extreme resistance to abrasion, chipping, and marring.
“The texture is both tactile and visual and gives a dynamic effect to the color,” explains Brynn Wildenauer, Architectural Color Designer at Sherwin-Williams.
High-Performance, Premium Steel
Now consider the premium Wick steel panels on which those new Sherwin-Williams color coatings get applied. All Wick pole barns use full-hard exterior steel, with 80,000 PSI hardness or better, resulting in fewer dents. That steel is also G-90 galvanized for superior corrosion protection.
Through a process known as rotogravure printing, these new color print options simulate four different wood grains and two versions of weathered metal.
