The Hartmann Building
Built by Kleint’s Building and Construction – Wick Buildings, Inc.
The Hartmann Building
Constructed in Wood River, Nebraska, the owners wanted this building to match exactly what was pictured in a Wick Buildings brochure. The main building has a 8:12 pitch, with the South wall open to the Lean to accommodate extra usable space. The North Lean is an open porch facing road and house. Some of the unique features include:
- Burnished slate roof and wainscot and trims with red walls
- 2 – 36” cupolas
- Interior insulated with under panel 2 ⅝” MBI insulation
- Windows with grid bars
- 9-lite walk door

Hobby Shop
The Bainbridge Building
Built by Tri-State Building Corp. – Wick Buildings, Inc.
The Bainbridge Building
Constructed in Galena, Illinois, this hobby shop includes a full basketball court, lounge area and exercise room. Other unique features include:
- Flo-thru ventilation
- Wainscotting

Institutional Building
Buchanan County R-4 School District
Built by Shergain LLC – Wick Buildings, Inc.
Buchanan County R-4 School District
Constructed in De Kalb, Missouri, this building is home to the vocational and agricultural department for the school district. The shop is specifically designed to enhance the learning experience. Unique features include:
- 20 x 14 overhead door
- 15 welding stations
- 6 x 2 window up high
- Exhaust system
- 2 rest rooms and storage room
- Wash basin and drinking fountain in the shop area

Constructed in Arcadia, Illinois, this is a complete remodel of an existing commercial warehouse and shop. It includes:
